With its flat and compact design, this rectangular linear voice coil motor is easily integrated into the interior of a microscope stage. It is compatible with XY-axis platforms and Z-axis autofocus mechanisms, eliminating the need for intermediate transmission components such as lead screws and guide rails to achieve precision linear motion with zero backlash, zero return error, and low vibration. When combined with closed-loop position feedback, it enables micron-level precise positioning and high-speed, smooth movement, effectively preventing jitter, drift, and image discontinuities during sample observation, thereby significantly enhancing imaging clarity and observation stability. Its 50mm long-stroke capability meets the demands of wide-range sample scanning, panoramic stitching, and multi-point positioning.
